Born in the coastal community of Duxbury, Massachusetts, Tracy discovered a love of writing at an early age. After completing her B.A. in Journalism from the University of New Hampshire, she went on to get an M.S. in Mass Communications from Boston University. 

Tracy currently resides in Holly Springs, NC with her husband and three daughters.
